Service requests
1. The applicant shall arrive at the Kancelejā of the Department of Housing and Environment and shall submit an application.
2. The submitter shall send the submission and the necessary documents by post to Housing
and the Department of Environment.
The entering into an industrial fishing rights lease agreement for commercial activities in the fishery requires a special permit (licence), which is issued by the Riga municipality.
The receipt of industrial fishing rights for commercial fishing activities in fishing must submit a request (form) and produce a personal identification document.
An application for industrial fishing rights for captive fishing (form) must be submitted,
the identity document and the original of the technical passport of the boat or the lease agreement of the boat must be produced.A service charge
The rental fee for industrial fishing rights has been determined in accordance with Annex 2 of Regulation No 918 of the Cabinet of Ministers on the Lease of Waters and Industrial Fishing Rights and Procedures for Use of Fishery Rights, taking into account the type and number of fishing gears, the fishing place (fishing area).
The 25% premium for fishing rights leases may be received in accordance with 11.08.2009 Cabinet regulations.

The person arrives in person at the Riga City Council's Department of Housing and Environment, Live Natural Resources, and receives a lease agreement. The Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council issues a payment invoice to the specified e-mail.
