Inspection and registration of the topographical plan in the database

Process description

1. Service requests
   The following ways to request a service are:
   
   • e-mail: complete the application form for the verification and registration of the topographical plan in the database and attach the topographical plan file in the format of *. dgn or *. dwg files to the annex. A completed application form must be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to an e-mail geo@riga.lv with the file;
   
   • e-service - under the section Geospatial Information/Inspection and registration of the Topographical Plan in the database, complete the form of the application and attach the topography plan file in the format of *. dgn or *. dwg files.

2. A service charge
   The service charge shall be calculated in accordance with 18.12.2019. The binding rules of the Riga City Council No 98 on the “binding rules for the circulation of topographic information of high detail”:
   • 1 facility up to 0,3 ha inclusive, EUR 26,00 *;
   • 1 facility, in an area exceeding 0,3 ha to 0,5 ha inclusive, EUR 37,00 *;
   • 1 facility, in an area exceeding 0,5 ha to 1 ha inclusive, EUR 51,00 *;
   • per hectare over 1 hectare - EUR 48,00 *.
   
   In addition, the coefficient of territory specified in Annex 2 to the binding rules shall apply.
   * Value added tax shall not be applied in accordance with Section 3, Paragraph eight of the Value Added Tax Act.
   
   Within 2 (two) working days after receipt of the customer's application, a prepayment invoice shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the client's application. * *
   Within 10 (ten) working days after receipt of payment, a topographic plan inspection and registration in the database shall be performed, or the topographical plan shall be sent to the submitter for the performance of corrections.

3. Receipt of services
   The following ways of receiving the service are:
   
   • e-mail: a letter of reply signed with a secure electronic signature and a topographical plan file is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the customer's application;
   
   • e-service - a reply letter signed with a secure electronic signature and a topographical plan file to be examined and downloaded by authoring the Riga municipal services portal www.eriga.lv. The information is also sent to the e-mail address specified in the customer's application.
