In cases where it has been determined during construction that the location or designation of underground engineering networks in the area does not correspond to the situation represented in the registered topographical plan, the surveyor shall perform a survey of the actual underground situation and submit a submission regarding the inspection and registration of the topographical measurement (during construction) in the topographical information database, and attach the topographical measurement file.
After receiving an application in the Riga municipal services portal www.eriga.lv or to e-mail geo@riga.lv, the submitted information is verified in accordance with 24.04.2012. Cabinet Regulation No. 281, Regulations on the topographic information of high detail and its central database. After the examination, the updated topographical information shall be registered in the local government's high-detailed topographic information database and the topographical measurement file with the cover letter shall be sent to the customer at the e-mail address indicated in the application, to the holder of the engineering networks or to the holders of which discrepancies have been detected in the location of the engineering networks, to the surveyor who has produced the original topographical plan.

  1. Service requests
    The following ways to request a service are:

    e-mail - complete the application form for the verification and registration of the topography measurement (during construction) in the database and attach the topographical measurement file in the format of *. dgn or *. dwg files to the annex. A completed application form must be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to an e-mail geo@riga.lv with the file;

    e-service — In the section of Geospatial Information/Examination and registration of a Topographical Measurement (during construction) in the database, complete the form of the application and attach the topographical measurement file in the format of *. dgn or *. dwg files.

  2. Receipt of services
    The following ways of receiving the service are:

    e-mail: a letter of reply signed with a secure electronic signature and a topographical measurement file shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the client's application;

    e-service - a reply letter signed with a secure electronic signature and a topographical measurement file to be examined and downloaded by authorising the Riga municipal services portal www.eriga.lv. The information is also sent to the e-mail address specified in the customer's application.
