Adoption of documents addressed to the authorities, departments and officials of the municipality of Riga. The document (application, correspondence letter, etc.) shall be accepted in person. An employee of the Riga Central Administration's Riga City Neighborhood Population Centre (hereinafter - Riga City Neighborhood Centre) shall evaluate the document received by competence and pass it to the addressee. If necessary, an employee of the Riga City Neighborhood Population Centre shall draw up an oral submission in writing.
