A person may request information regarding his or her serial number in the register by arriving at the Kancelejā of the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council (hereinafter - Department), by telephone or by using an E-service.Receipt of services
In order to receive information about his or her serial number in the register, a person arrives at the Kancelejā of the Department, calls by phone, or uses an E-service. The number of your Case issued by the Department's Housing Administration must be called by phone.
