Process description

  1. Service requests
    The client has the opportunity to receive information on the availability of pre-primary education, basic education and general secondary education, vocational orientation education in sport, music and art, access to interest education in Riga, child and youth camps co-financed by local government institutions and local government, cultural events organised in local government, cultural institutions and amateur societies; youth work; accessibility of sport and physical activities; public integration.
    The customer comes in person, calls on the phone, sends his or her question through email or mail, and asks questions of interest to him, where necessary, advice from the specialist concerned shall be provided.
