Process description

1. Service requests
   The customer shall send the submission with a secure electronic signature to the e-mail address or submit the submission to the Riga City Land Commission, or send the submission by post to the Riga City Land Commission. The passport or personal identification card must be presented. The powers were also exercised by the authorised persons.

2. A service charge
   In accordance with Regulation No 940 of the BOM of 21 November 2006, Regulations on Information Charge Services:
   1) a copy of the documents of the archives of the Land Commission (format A4) - EUR 0,09;
   2) a certified copy of the documents of the archives of the Land Commission (format A4) - EUR 4,30;
   3) Processing or making a duplicate of documents from the database or archive documents (format A4) - EUR 4,65.

3. Receipt of services
   The customer may receive the services in person at the Land Commission of the City of Riga by presenting a personal identification document (authorisation) or the prepared document shall be sent to the address indicated in the application.
