Process description
Service requests
A person shall submit an application (in free form or, using the proposed sample) together with the documents necessary for the receipt of the service, to the Real Estate Administration of the Riga City Council Property Department.
An application may be submitted in person, sent with a secure electronic signature to an e-mail address or
send by mail.
Receipt of services documents required:
1) an application in free form or, using the proposed sample with the exact contact information of the applicant;
2) a copy of the boundary plan of the parcel to be rented;
3) * a copy of the mandate (presenting the original);
4) a copy of the tax payer registration certificate of the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia

The RD Property Department shall send a contract signed with a secure electronic signature as a service execution document to the person at the e-mail address specified therein or a service execution document shall be sent to the person at the address specified therein.
