Issuance of a decision regarding the necessity of a land survey project and a condition for a land survey project

Process description

1. Service requests
   The service may be requested in person in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, in e-mail or by post.
   Service requests documents required:
   “Application for the development of a land survey project (building of real estate)” (form No. Da_109_v3) or “Application for Combination of adjacent land units without elaborating on the land survey project” (Form No. Da_110_v3) with attached documents:
   - a copy of the document certifying the rights of property;
   - a powers issued in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 38 of the Administrative Procedure Law (in the case of an application
   the applicant is an authorised person);
   - a copy (s) of the parcel border plan (s) with designated border coordinates and marked red lines;
   - project proposal;
   - a payment document attesting the payment of the fee in full (except for the combining of adjacent units of land without the design of the project).
   When requesting a service in person, the client shall turn to the City Development Department of Riga City Council, leaving the documents in a specially designed filing cabinet.

2. A service charge
   1. According to the binding regulations No 178 of the Riga City Council 16.06.2009 on the local government fee for the official document drawn up by the City Development Department of Riga and the receipt of certified copies thereof.
   2. In requesting the official drafted document of the City Development Department of Riga City Council entitled “Issuing a decision on the necessity of a land survey project and a condition for a land survey project”, the submitter shall attach to the submission a payment document attesting the payment of the fee in full amount: - for one decision for a parcel of land with a total area of up to 1200 k - EUR 34,15,
   - for one decision for a parcel with a total area of 1201 kmt - EUR 65,45.
   3. For free, there is a combination of adjacent units of land without developing the project.

3. Receipt of services
   The conditions for the development of a land survey project in accordance with Section 8 of the Earth Survey Law shall be issued in person, by e-mail (in the case of an activated official e-address account, in the case of an official e-address account, the Department will use the e-address) or mail primarily.
   
   Documents can be received on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00, on Thursdays from 13.00
   up to 17.00. In order to request receipt of documents, a previous record must be made by calling the Call Centre of the City Development Department of Riga City Council by telephone: 67105800.
