Service requests
A person arrives in the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council or in the city city city of Riga residents centre and submits a submission or a person may submit the necessary documents electronically, which have been prepared in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents
An application shall be submitted on site, presenting a personal identification document or identification card.
In addition, documents proving kinship must be presented.

A person in the Kancelejā of the department shall personally receive an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Riga City Council Committee for the Leaning of Residential Spaces or an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Riga City Council, if the person has presented his or her postal address in the submission.
The person shall receive information regarding the taking of the decision by telephone.
