Process description
Service requests
The service may be requested in person by submitting an application and documents to the Transport Department of Riga City Council, Gertrude Street 36, Riga, 502 or 606, the submission and documents may be sent by post to the Transport Department of Riga City Council to the address: Gertrude Street 36, Riga, LV-1011, as well as to be sent to the address: email address: sd@riga.lv
To set up or remove SOTL on a municipal road (street) located within the red lines of the streets, the following must be submitted:
1) a submission with a description of the situation or problem.
2) SOTL deployment scheme or SOTL installation project.
To set up or remove SOTL on the road (street) located within the red lines of the streets and belonging to another owner, the following must be submitted:
1) a submission with a description of the situation or problem.
2) SOTL deployment scheme or SOTL installation project.
In order to install or remove A SOTL multi-apartment house on the patio or on the path of houses, the following must be submitted:
1) application
2) an existing traffic organisation (harmonised SOTL scheme), if not installed IN advance SOTL is not required.
3) photos (current photos) from where THE SOTL is scheduled to be installed or removed.
4) SOTL deployment scheme or SOTL installation project.
5) the printing of the current State unified computerised Land Register (or a scanned copy).
6) an extract of a decision of the co-operation of apartment owners of a multi-apartment house.
7) a copy of the boundary plan of the parcel.
In order to install or remove SOTL on the merchant's path, the following must be submitted:
1) application.
1) an existing traffic organisation (harmonised SOTL scheme), if not installed IN advance SOTL is not required.
2) photographs (current photos) from where THE SOTL is scheduled to be installed or removed.
3) SOTL deployment scheme or SOTL installation project.
4) the printing of the current State unified computerised Land Register (or a scanned copy).
5) a copy of the boundary plan of the parcel.Receipt of services
