Service requests
The service must be received by:
1. An application in which the information regarding the organizer (for a natural person - given name, surname, personal identity number and address of the place of residence, for a legal person - the name, registration number and legal address of the legal person) shall be indicated;
2. A rental contract or document attesting the right of ownership to the place where intimate entertainment will be organised;
3. If the operator is not the owner of the place where intimate entertainment will be organised, the written agreement of the owner of that site to organise intimate entertainment shall be given;
4. A description of the events planned at an intimate entertainment site.Receipt of services
