Extension of the tomb to the adjacent free land with the right to bury in the municipal cemeteries of Riga State

Process description

1. Service requests
   The submitter of the submission arrives at the Kapoyard Board of the Riga City Council of Housing and Environment or at the cemetery manager and notes the submission, or sends the submission by post.
   Receipt of services documents required:
   1. Application.
   2. When submitting an application, the following shall be presented:
   2.1. For natural persons, a personal identification document.
   2.2. For legal persons, rights of representation.
   2.3. A contract for the preservation of the tomb. If there is no contract, it may be concluded with the cemetery.
   Note: In the cemeteries of Martins, Matiss, Yugla, Buckets and Thornhill, the service may be obtained by prior agreement on the time of acceptance with the cemetery manager by telephone.

2. A service charge

   1. Permit for the extension of the tomb to the adjacent free land (territories) in a semi-closed cemetery * * * * and a closed cemetery * * * 1 m2 EUR 100,00
   2. Permit for extension of the tomb to the open cemetery of the adjacent free land (territory)
   1 m2 70,00 EUR
   
   In accordance with Section 3, Paragraph eight of the Value Added Tax Act, value added tax shall not be applied.

3. Receipt of services
   The submitter of the application shall pay the service and come to the head of the cemetery. The master of the cemetery shall enter into a contract for the maintenance of an extended tomb and provide an additional area.
   The submitter shall receive the decision of the cemetery commission by post.
