Person, his or her legal representative or authorised person referring to the service Riga municipalities
on-site privatisation commission of residential houses; sending documents, signed with secure electronic means
signature, to official e-mail; sending documents by mail.
Receipt of services documents required:
To a natural person and to a legal person
1. To produce a personal identification document (to submit an authorisation document to an authorised person
copies on presentation of the originals);
2. To provide a document certifying the payment made. Compulsory payment of certificates, in euro
preferably not mandatory.Receipt of services
A person, his or her legal representative or an authorised person shall turn to the Riga municipality residential house privatisation commission or receive an electronically signed document in e-mail.
