E-Service

The red lines of the streets of Riga State city are the red lines of the streets specified by the local government's approved Riga spatial plan, which demarcates the territory necessary for the construction of a road, street or passage (including the engineering corridors) from the territory to be constructed or otherwise used.
By authoring the Riga municipal services portal www.eriga.lv, it is possible to download the red lines of the streets approved in the Riga spatial plan. Due to technical specifications of red lines (within 5 cm), the download file is updated 1 (once) monthly. The data is available in *. dwg file format in the 1992 Latvian Coordinator System (LKS-92 TM).
In conformity with the Law on Geospatial Information and 30.08.2011 For the purposes of the BOM Regulation No 673, the mandatory content of the rules for the use of the geospatial data set and the procedures for obtaining a permit for use shall be used in agreement with the conditions for the authorisation of the use of the Geospatial Data Set.
The data shall be received free of charge.
