The Crisis Centre shall provide professional psychosocial assistance, a secure environment, asylum, assistance in crisis situations, as well as the assessment, development and development of social skills and capabilities over a period of up to six months.
During the service, the ability and skills of parents to take care of children/children are assessed.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The provision of a crisis centre service requires:
    1. Referral of the Riga Social Service/Riga SOS Family Support Centre to receive social service.
    2. Application of the legal representative of the client.
    3. Application of the person.
    4. A submission of a natural person who has determined that the child has remained without care.
    5. Letter/application of another institution.
    The person may turn to the crisis centre and the service provider decides on the provision of the service.

  2. Pay step
    You do not need to pay for the services.

  3. Receipt of services
    Getting the service is at the center of the crisis.
