Service requests
The service may be requested electronically. The client shall submit an application with attachments prepared in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature and time stamp.
In submitting to the City Development Department of Riga City Council a land survey project to the approval and assignment of an address to newly created land units, the submitter shall complete “Application with a request to approve the land survey project and to grant an address to newly created land units” (form No. Da_111_v2) and a payment document certifying the full payment of the fee shall be attached.A service charge
According to the binding regulations No 178 of the Riga City Council 16.06.2009 on the local government fee for the receipt of the official documents drawn up by the City Development Department of Riga and certified copies thereof.
In requesting approval of the Earth survey project in the City Development Department of Riga City Council and granting an address to newly created land units, the submitter shall attach to the submission a payment document attesting the payment of the fee in full: for the parcel (s) with a total area of up to 1200 Kbps (one decision) - EUR 34.15; for the parcel (s) with the total area of 12020 1 kg (one decision) - EUR 65.45.

A decision regarding the necessity and conditions of the land survey project or a decision regarding the approval of the land survey project and the granting of addresses may be received in person in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga, presenting a personal identification document (authorised person - mandate) or electronically on the e-mail indicated in the application of the service applicant (activated) (in the case of an official e-address account, the department will use the e-address primarily) or it is sent in a registered mail to the address specified in the service applicant's application.
Documents can be received on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00, on Thursdays from 13.00 to 17.00. In order to request receipt of documents, a previous record must be made by calling the Call Centre of the City Development Department of Riga City Council by telephone: 67105800.
