Service requests
The project shall be submitted to the programme by the deadline specified in the programme regulation for the current year;
The admissibility of the project is assessed within two months of its receipt;
If the project is recognised as permissible, by the time limit specified in the programme regulation for the current year, the documents necessary for the approval of the project shall be submitted and the approval and evaluation of the projects permitted by the criteria shall be submitted by the first October of the current year.
In cases where it is necessary to limit or stop the arrival of visitors in person, visitors are accepted remotely, in exceptional cases where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, allowing the presence of visitors, the service may be provided on site at the Riga City Council Property Department's Customer Service Centre on the Knights Street 10, Riga, only after a previous recording of the phone number +37s. 167026138 or +37167105221 or specialists, assessing the urgency of providing it in person on a case-by-case basis.

The decision of the Commission regarding approval of the project shall be notified to the addressee electronically in accordance with the procedures specified in the Administrative Procedure Law and the Notification Law or, on a separate request, by post.
