Ensure the process of transferring non-residential premises and artist workshops into ownership until privatisation or transfer of the residential house.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The privatisation of a non-residential area must produce a personal identification document and submit:
    1. a statement on the payment of rent and public service charges (original);
    2. a valid lease agreement (original or certified copy);
    3. document on the basis of which the lease contract has been concluded (certified copy);
    4. the legal person must submit the articles of association (a copy showing the original);
    If the non-residential space is acquired in ownership until privatisation of the residential house, in addition to the documents referred to above, the cadastral survey file (original) produced by the State Land Service. A natural person must present a personal identification document for the privatisation of an artist's workshop and submit:
    1. a statement on the payment of rent and public service charges (original);
    2. a statement that no action has been brought before the court for the termination of the rental contract (original);
    3. a valid lease agreement (original or certified copy);
    4. document on the basis of which the lease contract has been concluded (certified copy);
    5. Educational document of the educational institution specified by the Ministry of Culture (certified copy);
    6. A certificate (copy) of a member of a creative professional organisation registered in the Ministry of Culture or a statement regarding the contribution of the creative work of a person to the culture, attested by a creative professional organisation (original) registered in the Ministry of Culture;
    7. an act regarding the commissioning of an artist's workshop in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments, a construction project approved.
    If the documents are submitted by the authorised representative, a copy of the authorisation document shall be submitted, presenting the original and the identity document thereof. If the artist's workshop is acquired in property until the privatisation of the residential house, in addition to the documents referred to above, the cadastral survey file (original) produced by the State Land Service.

  2. A service charge
    The fee for the transfer of an artist's workshop to property until privatisation of the residential house shall consist of:
    1. Purchase fee certificates (two certificates per square metre of the total area of the artist's workshop);
    2. Cost of preparing the residential house for privatisation (EUR 28.46);
    The fee for the transfer of the non-residential space into ownership until privatisation of the residential house shall consist of:
    1. Fees for the assessment of the non-residential area (EUR 426,86);
    2. Purchase fees for non-residential premises;
    3. Fees for preparing the residential house for privatisation (EUR 313,03).
    (Law on Privatisation of State and Local Government Residential Houses, MK 02.09.1997, Regulation No 312 “Procedures and amounts in which payments for the transfer of an apartment, artist's workshop and non-residential space to property shall be made until privatisation of the residential house”).
    The fee for the transfer of an artist's workshop, a non-residential space shall consist of:
    1. Purchase fees of the privatisation facility (determined in euro respectively in the privatisation certificates according to their nominal value);
    2. Fees for the technical execution of the privatisation process and for services related to the privatisation of the relevant privatisation facility:
    - for natural persons, a certificate of 0,1 per square metre of the total area of the privatisation facility, but not less than four certificates;
    - for legal persons, one percentage of the purchase fee but not less than EUR 170,73.
    3. interest, which is paid if the privatisation facility is purchased for payment, in accordance with Sections 1753 to 1769 of the Civil Law and the purchase agreement.

  3. Receipt of services
    A person receives the service in person or by signing a document with a secure electronic signature. The service execution documents are sent to the person by mail in a registered letter.
