Service requests
Co-ordination of land encumbrance plans in the name of the municipality of Riga State for plots agreed and owned by the municipality of Riga State, land parcels functionally needed for residential houses owned by the municipality of Riga, land parcels that are transferred to property as equivalent land, which according to the Law On State and Local Governments land ownership rights and strengthening thereof shall be prepared for recording in the Land Register, the land parcels owned and accepting by the State of Latvia, except those referred to in Order No 648 of the Cabinet of Ministers 10.11.2010.
A person shall submit documents, which have been prepared in conformity with the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, by sending them to e-mail.
On-site, the service is provided unless the parties have agreed to be accepted remotely (using one of the available online communication tools (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.)).
In cases where you need to limit or stop visitor recruitment, visitors are accepted remotely (using one of the available online communication tools (Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.)).
In exceptional cases, where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, by allowing the arrival of visitors on site, the service may be provided on site at the Department of Personality's Customer Service Centre on Knights Street 10, Riga, only after a previous entry by phone number +37167026138 or +37167105221, or by specialists, assessing the urgency of providing it in person. on an individual basis.
